Given the kind of hearing loss that I have made it a challenge, but a challenge the staff made look easy. The APP is way cool and absolutely love the Bluetooth and the noise canceling feature of the IRIS AI hearing aids. I like that the streaming volume is adjustable so you can still hear external sounds. And even though they go over the ear, no one knows you are wearing them. They have several to choose from but I wanted the best. Well done!
